2. Qualified Return & Refund Scenarios

We support free returns, exchanges or full/partial refunds for the following situations:

4. Return Shipping Fee Rules

  •      ·  Customer Responsibility: For personal reason returns, the customer shall bear all return shipping fees. The original shipping fee paid during purchase is non-refundable.

All refunds will be returned to the original payment account (UPI, bank card, credit card, wallet). The actual arrival time depends on the processing cycle of the payment platform or bank, which is beyond our control. If the order uses free shipping or coupon discounts, the actual refund amount will be calculated based on the real payment amount, and the preferential part will not be cashed or refunded.

6. Order Cancellation Rules

Customers can cancel unpaid orders at any time for free. For paid but unshipped orders, free cancellation is supported. If the order has been packaged and ready for shipment, a reasonable handling fee may be deducted for cancellation. Once the order has been shipped, direct cancellation is not supported.
